Welcome to the Visitor Experience Forum! Our group was established in 2016 by a passionate team of individuals working in visitor experience-focused roles. We came together with a shared goal of freely exchanging ideas, knowledge, and experiences within our field.

Since its inception, the VE:Forum has flourished and grown, boasting an impressive community of over 1000 active members. Our success lies in the diversity and expertise of our participants, who contribute their unique perspectives to enrich our discussions.

We pride ourselves on organising engaging events hosted at exceptional locations throughout London. From renowned venues like The Design Museum, Victoria and Albert Museum, and ArcelorMittal Orbit to cultural landmarks such as The New Tate Modern, Barbican, and even the vibrant London's Hippodrome Casino, we curate immersive experiences for our members.
